The Storm Gymnastics Camp is for female gymnasts aged 8-18. Our camp provides a fun, energetic atmosphere that allows gymnasts to grow in their skill development, while spending time with members of the Simpson College Women’s Gymnastics team. It is a commuter camp designed for gymnasts Level 3-10 and Xcel Bronze-Diamond. We look forward to working with you!
Participants will have the opportunity to train in our on-campus facility located in Cowles Fieldhouse, as well as at Emerge Academy in Grimes, IA. On campus, all equipment meets NCAA standards. Our gym is equipped with a full-sized spring floor, LZT vault, AAI Elite uneven bars, and two balance beams. We have supplementary matting including spotting blocks, panel mats, multiple eight-inchers, pit pillows, and a movable resi mat.
Commuter Camp fee of $200 covers facility fees, camp t-shirt, and insurance.
Saturday, July 19th: 8:45am - 4:00pm
Sunday, July 20th: 9:00am - 4:00pm
Please ensure your child is sent with a peanut-free snack and lunch on both days. A full, detailed schedule will be made available at least three weeks prior to camp starting.
